Solusinya seperti ini :
1. Masuk ke Task Manager
2. Cari pada tab Processes Microsoft Visual Studio
3. Klik kanan dan End Task

Jika Masih belum bisa
Lakukan Ini : 

1. Masuk ke Task Manager
2. Cari pada tab Detail DtsDebugHost.exe
3. Klik kanan dan End Task
